1. To help the Thai people informs of rural development, job training and other means of knowledge transfer to generate occupation in agriculture, industry and other technologies.
2. To support development and environment improvement in rural area in the fields of social, culture, hygiene and other activities approved by the foundation committee.
3. Cooperate and coordinate with other organizations in activities public in order to generate better understanding and relationship with neighboring and near by countries, such as activities relevant to agriculture, industry, high technology and logistics for country development.
4. To conduct public activities to support democracy under the King patronage, support religion, or cooperate in activities under the government policy. The Foundation may conduct activities on its own expense, or cooperate and coordinate with public offices, independent organizations and other private bodies in such activities as organizing exhibition, fireworks ceremony in royal event or other occasion. The activities are promoted by public media informs of brochure, radio, television, and other information means.
5. To assist, support and cooperate with other public charity organizations, or conduct any other activities beneficial to the public and approved by the Foundation committee, with no political concern.
6. The Foundation may set up organ, such as center, institute, or other forms of offices under direction of the foundation to conduct approved activities consecutively to reach the foundation objectives.
